Will include a review of common sources of water leakage in existing buildings and remodels\, dialog with the audience on challenges they face\, and an overview of ways to resolve issues using documentation\, exploratory work\, and testing.\n\n \nErika Bonfanti has over twelve years of experience in building enclosure design and construction. She works on new\, existing\, and historic buildings to identify issues and provide repair guidance to architects\, contractors\, and owners and helps to improve the overall energy\, air transfer\, and moisture performance of building enclosures. She is co-chair of ASHRAE Technical Committee 1.12 and an active member of Preservation Austin.
